MILLWALL PLAY-OFF SEMI-FINAL HOME LEG TICKET INFORMATION

8 May 2016

The Club would like to inform supporters of the confirmed ticket prices and availability for our Sky Bet League One Play Off Semi Final home leg against Millwall at the Coral Windows Stadium on Sunday 15th May 2016 -  kick off 12.15pm.

Tickets for the game will go on sale from 10:00am Monday morning (9th May 2016), with season ticket and FlexiCard holders given the first opportunity to purchase their tickets and reserve their existing seat.

Availability will be on a strictly one for one basis.

This opportunity will remain in place until midnight Wednesday 11th May.

From Thursday (12th May) onwards, any seats not purchased will be released on general sale.

It will help greatly when you contact the ticket office if you have your customer number available, for season ticket holders this number is on the back of your season ticket cards, just ignore the zeros.

The ticket prices for our home leg are as follows:

Adults - £15.00

Concessions - £10.00 (Seniors 60 + or student in full time education with NUS card)

Juniors - £5.00   (Age 15 and under)

Disabled supporters will pay the age related price as above and, subject to being in receipt of DLA or PIP at the mid or higher rate, will be permitted a free carer ticket.

Upgrades

There will be an option to upgrade to one of the suites in either the JCT600 Stand or the Kop, the cost of the upgrade will be £5.00 plus the cost of the match ticket (see above for prices).

Tickets will be available from the ticket office, by telephone or online. Please be aware that any fan purchasing directly from the ticket office may face a slight delay due to potential queues.

Any tickets purchased by telephone or online before 5:00pm on Wednesday will be posted by first class post unless fans specifically request to collect tickets. Any tickets purchased in this way after that deadline will be for collection only.

When booking online, please ensure your address is correct otherwise we may post tickets to an incorrect address. Any supporter who orders before the deadline and has not received their tickets by Saturday 14th May should contact the ticket office to arrange for duplicate tickets.

The ticket office will be open extended hours on Thursday and Friday until 7:00pm and will also open on Saturday (14th May) from 10:00am until 4:00pm, hopefully the extended hours will assist supporters purchasing tickets, and also supporters who are collecting tickets, and this will also help to avoid queues on the match day.

The office will be open as usual on match day from 9:00am until half time. The ticket office will be closed from 10:00am on Wednesday until approximately 1:00pm to permit staff to pay their respects to the football fans lost to the Valley Parade fire disaster of 1985, during this time the online option will still be available.
