MORAIS SET FOR RESERVES RETURN

29 March 2016

Bantams winger Filipe Morais is set for a return to action this Wednesday (30 March 2016) in City's latest Final Third Development League fixture at Wrexham.

The reserve fixture at Wrexham's Colliers training ground is scheduled to kick off at 1:00pm.

Morais was an unused substitute for City's victory at Crewe Alexandra in Sky Bet League 1 on Easter Monday but the Portuguese winger hasn't actually been involved in a match of any kind since last summer.

His previous outing in City colours came in a pre-season friendly against Scottish side St Mirren, just a couple of days before the 30 year-old suffered a serious knee injury in training.

First year professionals Sam Wright, James King and Dylan Mottley-Henry are expected to join Morais in City's line up against Wrexham.

City's reserves have won their last five games in the Final Third Development League including a 1-0 victory at Shrewsbury Town last Tuesday.
