MEET THE PLAYERS AFTER CARLISLE FRIENDLY THIS SATURDAY

28 July 2016

With just over a week to go until the start of the new season and excitement levels building, the Club would like to invite fans to come and meet the players and back room staff this coming Saturday (30th July) after the friendly against Carlisle United at the Northern Commercials Stadium.

After a busy summer on and off the field, it would be great to see as many fans as possible at the ground to play their part on Saturday as Stuart McCall’s men make their final preparations for the 2016/2017 campaign.

The event after Saturday’s game gives everybody the opportunity to meet their favourite players from last season and to catch-up with our legendary new boss.

It also allows City supporters to welcome the new players to the club and for them to meet the fans.

This ‘Meet The Players’ event will take place in the Bantams Bar in The Kop Stand and is FREE for all supporters.

City’s players and management staff will be there from around 5.30pm following the Carlisle fixture. Access to the Bantams Bar can be gained by the set of double doors at the bottom of the stand.

Stewards will be able to assist any supporters in wheelchairs to access the Bantams Bar through the One-in-a-Million school compound.

The Bantams Bar itself also has a lift and accessible toilet facilities.

The free event is an exciting and rare opportunity for supporters to obtain autographs and discuss the season ahead with both players and staff.

It’s anticipated that the function will run until approximately 6.30pm.

With the ticket office open from 9:00am until half time and then reopening after the game until 6:30pm as well, Saturday is also a great chance for supporters to collect their season tickets ahead of the league opener with Port Vale (Saturday 6 August 2016).

Supporters are respectfully reminded that season tickets will NOT be available to collect at any point on the day of the Vale fixture.
