On the final day of the league season at Thornes Park in Wakefield, the teams won 3 out of 5 trophies available to them - with the League 3, League 4 and Under 16s teams topping their respective leagues.
The league is played on a round robin basis every month at various locations around the West Riding area.
Bradford Disability Football Club have 8 lots of 5-a-side teams that enter into each of the four leagues.
