Mottley-Henry has played once for City's first team so far this season, coming on as a late substitute during the home match with Peterborough United back in September.
He has also been an unused substitute for a number of City's games in Sky Bet League 1, Capital One Cup and Emirates FA Cup during the 2015/2016 campaign.
Prior to his loan move to Atrincham, Mottley-Henry has played most of his football this season for the Bantams in the Final Third Development (reserve) League.
The pacey wide-man, who signed his first professional deal with the club last summer, made his senior debut for Parkinson's side last season as a second half substitute during the Bantams' home match with Preston North End last April.
