THE PARADER READY FOR THE NEW SEASON!

5 August 2016

The official Match-day programme of Bradford City, ‘The Parader’ is ready for a new season and it has a new look with plenty of fresh new features.

The cover for Saturday’s season-opening encounter with Port Vale features one of City’s close season signing, Romain Vincelot, and inside there is a four-page interview spread with the all-action French midfielder.

Stuart McCall, Edin Rahic and Stefan Rupp have their first say in the match-day programme since their arrival at the club in the close season.

There is a six-page spread on Saturday's opponents Port Vale, which includes an extensive look at the four key men and the new manager, Bruno Ribeiro.

One of the new features is a look in words and pictures at some of City most notable former players - this week it's Lee Mills. He, course, played for Port Vale before his arrival in West Yorkshire and played a vital role in City’s promotion to the Premier League under Paul Jewell in 1998-99.

New man Jordy Hiwula has answered your questions from social media channels, Facebook and Twitter.

The Junior Bantams double page spread as usual retains its place in the matchday programme this season with chance for the youngster to write their own match report and help Billy Bantam to score a goal!

City captain Stephen Darby is in the Bantams Mastermind hot-seat in one of the new features - see how he fares in answering questions about his chosen subject!

Filipe Morais is the first of McCall's squad to be included in the new 'The Beautiful Game' section, find out about his footballing heroes and how it all started for the Portuguese winger.

There’s an introduction to two brilliant additions to the 16/17 programme called ‘My City’ and ‘Everywhere we Go’, with the latter a review of away journeys throughout the season by Ben Hall, his first a look back to the St. Johnstone friendly last month. He gives us his verdict on the journey, the ground, the match and much more.

Get your copy in and around the Northern Commercials Stadium on match-day for just £3.00!

Many of the new features included in this season’s programme will be available to watch in video form on Bantams Player HD soon!
