Going into the game needing just a single point to confirm their place as league winners, City put in a clinical display to claim a mammoth 6-0 win against the Saddlers in changeable weather conditions.
Walsall were the only side who previously could have caught City at the top of the table but the Bantams have now established an unassailable lead with one game of their season to go.
Fresh from collecting the Youth Team Player of the Year award the night before, Webb-Foster fired the Bantams into the lead in the very first minute at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre when he flicked home after Daniel Devine had headed a Luca Mellor cross down into his path.
With City boss Phil Parkinson watching on from the sidelines, Webb-Foster hit the post with a low angled drive later in the half after latching onto a Niah Payne pass before he doubled City's advantage in the 25th minute.
The 18 year-old lifted the ball over home 'keeper Liam Roberts after his run in behind the Walsall defence was found by Kesi Omolokun.
The bright attacker could have grabbed a treble in the first half but he fired wide from close range after Sam Wright had fizzed the ball dangerously across the box.
After the break, bright sunshine changed to sleet and snow showers but that didn't halt City's charge.
Sumaili Cissa got in on the act to claim City's third in the 66th minute when he tapped home from Mellor's cross.
Webb-Foster completed his hat-trick shortly afterwards, firing confidently past Roberts from inside the box after Devine had touched on a Xander McBurnie free-kick into his path.
The confident striker then returned the favour to tee up Devine to convert from close range roughly a minute later for the Bantams' fifth.
City's sixth and Webb-Foster's fourth of a very productive afternoon came in the final minute of normal time when the energetic forward expertly lofted the ball over the advancing Roberts following Jack Water's well-timed pass.
