Bantams boss Phil Parkinson has made three changes to his starting line up for the visit of Walsall to the Coral Windows Stadium.
Rory McArdle has been recalled to take the place of Nathan Clarke in central defence.
James Hanson has also been brought back into the side up front, with Filipe Morais expected to play just in behind him in attack in his first start of the season.
Tom Thorpe and Paul Anderson have been named among City's substitutes for the match.
