The 49 year-old will be assisted by Andrew Fox and Daniel Cook. The fourth official will be Mark Brown.
Mr Swarbrick's previous game officiating at Valley Parade came when he took charge of City's FA Cup Quarter-Final with Reading earlier this year.
He was also the fourth official for the Bantams' Capital One Cup Semi-Final First Leg tie against Aston Villa back in 2013.
