The Club would like to thank the supporters who attended last Tuesday’s game for their patience and understanding while waiting for vouchers to be issued after the postponement.
The vouchers issued will be valid to use as match tickets for the revised date next Tuesday.
Please come along to the turnstiles and present the voucher to gain access.
If any supporter is not able to attend the revised date, please get in touch with the main ticket office with the voucher to gain a refund on the cash paid.
The ticket office is open Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm and Saturday morning 9:00am until 12 noon.
As the Club is required to prepare a gate statement for the Football League and Barnsley FC, any refunds must be applied for no later than 5:00pm on the revised date (Tuesday, 13th October 2015).
Applications are best made in person so people can have their payment returned in cash, although postal applications will also be accepted provided it is received by the 5:00pm deadline on 13.10.2015.
