MORRIS AND CLARKE TRAINING BOOST FOR THE BANTAMS

20 October 2015

Bantams duo Josh Morris and Billy Clarke both took part in sections of training this Monday to give City boss Phil Parkinson a timely injury boost.

After a spell on the sidelines, the pair joined in with the rest of their team-mates for some areas of work at the club's training ground.

It is hoped that they will eventually be able to join in with full training either towards the end of this week or at the start of next week.

Morris hasn't featured for City since injuring his knee at Fleetwood Town over a month ago, whilst Clarke has been sidelined with his own knee injury after limping out of the club's first home game of the season with Shrewsbury Town.

Bantams assistant Steve Parkin said: "It was a major bonus for us to see them join in with some light training with the rest of the lads.

"They are two very good players within our squad.

"It will be great to see them back in full time training, which could happen towards the end of the week."
