The returning James Hanson is one of two additions to City's starting line up made by Bantams boss Phil Parkinson for the visit of Coventry City to the Coral Windows Stadium.
After missing Saturday's win over Scunthorpe United, Hanson has been passed fit to start alongside Billy Clarke in attack for City.
Billy Knott has also been reinstated into the Bantams' opening XI for the game at the expense of Gary Liddle.
With Hanson in Parkinson's line up for the Coventry fixture, recent loan signing Jordan Bowery has been named on an attack-minded City substitutes bench which also includes the likes of Mark Marshall, Josh Morris, Luke James and Devante Cole.
