After making a number of changes for City's midweek win over Crawley Town in Sky Bet League 1, Bantams boss Phil Parkinson has reverted back to the same starting eleven that the begun the Sunderland tie in the previous round.
That means Filipe Morais returns to the side after four matches away with a knee problem, while Andrew Davies and James Hanson have both shook off minor injuries to feature.
After being given permission by Sunderland to feature in the tie, loanee goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has been named on City's substitutes' bench.
