Originally scheduled to take place on Saturday 7 May, City's final league fixture of the 2015/2016 campaign will now take place on the day after - Sunday 8 May 2015.
The kick off times for all League 1 matches that day will be 12:30pm.
All Championship and League 2 matches will remain on the Saturday but Championship end-of-season fixtures will kick off at 12:30pm as well instead of the usual 3:00pm start time.
This change was first put into place last season, with The League aiming to give each division its own piece of the spotlight on what is usually a dramatic weekend of football.
Remember, City's ENTIRE 2015/16 Sky Bet League 1 fixture list will be on show to supporters on the official website from 9:00am Wednesday morning.
