EMIRATES FA CUP THIRD ROUND DRAW THIS MONDAY

6 December 2015

The draw for the third round of this season's Emirates FA Cup will take place this Monday (7 December 2015) evening live on BBC2, direct from the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff.

The live show will begin from 7:00pm.

The third round draw is, of course, when all Premier League and Championship sides enter the competition for the first time this season.

City booked their place in the much-appreciated third round draw with a 4-0 win over Chesham United at the Coral Windows Stadium on Sunday.

The Bantams will be ball number 45 in the draw.

Speaking ahead of the draw, City boss Phil Parkinson said: "I am so pleased for the club to be in the third round draw because I love the FA Cup.

"It is great for the staff, the players and the supporters that we will be in the draw.

"There will be a real feeling of excitement as we wait for our ball to be drawn out.

"As we did last year, we've had to work hard to get into the third round draw, and it is great to have the FA Cup to look forward to again after the Christmas period."

The third round proper matches will then be played between 8 and 11 January 2016.
