The service will begin at approximately 7:30pm.
Most members of City's first team players and staff will be present for the service, along with club staff from the Coral Windows Stadium.
Fans are also welcome to attend the service.
St Michael & All Angels Church is located on Carr House Road in Shelf (HX3 7RJ).
