City will be one of 72 Football League clubs to use special yellow footballs this weekend following the introduction of a new official match-ball by the Football League from Mitre.
Starting with Saturday's home match with Doncaster Rovers, Phil Parkinson's men will use the 'winter' yellow balls for every league match up until the end of February.
Parkinson's squad trained with the new balls for the first time this Monday.
Mitre, the Official Ball Supplier of The Football League, have once again produced the ball for use in matches over the next four months.
All matches in the Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League 1 and Sky Bet League 2 will use the new Mitre footballs from this weekend, up until the end of February. The ball will also be used in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy for the Area Quarter Finals, Area Semi-Finals and Area Finals.
