Opus Law, the specialist fraud department of Petherbridge Bassra, can today (Friday 17 October 2014) announce that ex-professional footballer Bobby Campbell has been found not guilty of all fraud charges that he faced, as has his wife Paula.
Following his charge, Opus Law was instructed and proactively sought to defend the case. Following the instruction of a forensic accountant and vigorous disclosure requests, the Crown decided to offer no evidence at the Leeds Crown Court this morning. Ben Jones was instructed for Bobby Campbell and Ray Singh was instructed to represent Paula Campbell.
