The football club was saddened to hear of the recent death of City supporter Andrew West.
Mr West passed away towards the end of last month, aged 38, after suffering from throat cancer.
The Shipley resident acted as the club's mascot for City's match with Lincoln City on Saturday 11 May 1985 - the day of the Valley Parade fire disaster.
He was also a mascot for the club when the Bantams beat an England XI on the official re-opening of Valley Parade back in December 1986.
The club would like to pass on their deepest sympathies to Andrew's family and friends following his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this extremely difficult time.
