LONDON TO AMSTERDAM CHALLENGE 2014

2 June 2014

As part of Prostate Cancer UK's campaign - Men United - this weekend sees over a hundred Football League club representatives take to their bikes to cycle 150 miles from London to Amsterdam.

The journey will depart from Leyton Orient's The Matchroom Stadium and will conclude at the Amsterdam Arena - Home of AFC Ajax, with the challenge taking place from 6-8th June.

Representing Bradford City for the event will be the foursome of former Bantams defender Louis Horne, Bradford supporter Billy Bingham - a one-time associate director of the club - plus City staff duo Steve Hawthorn-Emmett and Luke Gallagher.

Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in men in the UK. Over 40,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year and one man dies every hour from prostate cancer.

Prostate Cancer UK fights to help more men survive prostate cancer and enjoy a better quality of life. It funds research into causes and treatments and provides support and information.
