City's youth team will embark on a two-week trip to the Netherlands this Monday (28 July 2014) as part of their preparations for the new season.

The tour has been organised by the LFE (League Football Education) and will see City take part in three games against Dutch opposition during their time in the country.

The Bantams' apprentices will also play in a mini-tournament with teams from Sheffield United, Birmingham City and Portsmouth on the penultimate day of the trip.

Education events, such as a visit around the Overloon War Museum and cemetery, plus a trip to Ajax's famous Amsterdam Arena, will make up part of the tour itinerary as well.

City's travelling group are due back in Bradford on Saturday 9 August.
