The football club would like to make supporters aware that the Bantams Ticket Office is currently being affected by problems with their telephone lines.

This unfortunately means at present that the Ticket Office is unable to receive phone-calls from supporters or make any out-going calls.

Due to the current telephone line problems, the club's Ticket Office is also unable to accept any form of card payment from fans. Match tickets for this Saturday's Bristol City game and other forthcoming fixtures can only be paid for by cash at the Ticket Office at present.

The club would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the current line failure. The issue is due to a problem out of the club's control. It is hoped, however, that the issue should be rectified at some point this afternoon.
