Vale defeated League 2 side Plymouth Argyle in their F.A Cup third round replay this Tuesday evening, meaning they will now entertain Brighton & Hove Albion in the fourth round on Saturday 25 January 2014.
City's league fixture with Vale at the Coral Windows Stadium was down for the same date but will now need to be moved to avoid a clash.
Unless any other games are rescheduled in the near future as a result of this change, the rearrangement of the Port Vale fixture means that Bradford's next match after this Saturday's trip to Sheffield United will be at home to Preston North End on Tuesday 28 January 2014.

This is the second time Phil Parkinson's side have had to move a match due to this season's F.A Cup competition after Carlisle United reached the third round back in December.
After initially being scheduled to travel to Carlisle earlier this month, the Bantams will now make the trip up to Brunton Park on Tuesday 11 February 2014.
The football club will confirm any new date for the Port Vale fixture once details have been finalised with the Staffordshire side.
