CITY GOING FOR CHRISTMAS JUMPER RECORD!

17 December 2014

Bradford City will be attempting to break a World Record with the help of supporters!

The record that we’re attempting to break is the record for most people gathered wearing Christmas jumpers - a figure which currently stands at 639 people.

With a crowd of at least 12,000 expected at the Coral Windows Stadium on Saturday afternoon, we’re encouraging as many people attending the game as possible to turn up wearing a Christmas jumper.

If only just over 6% of the expected attendance on Saturday wear their festive garments, then we will break the record. Let’s go one better, however, and smash this figure!

We encourage as many people in the ground on Saturday to wear their Christmas jumpers, including visiting Scunthorpe United supporters, and then who knows? Maybe we can break through the 1,000 mark!

We will be promoting this record break attempt through the week on the official website, as well as our official Facebook and Twitter social media channels.

Get involved on these channels and send us pictures of yourselves in your Christmas jumper to our official accounts and we will retweet/share the ones we like with the best one receiving a copy of Football Manager 15 for the PC – just in time for Christmas!

So come on Bantams, let’s try and break this record and enjoy the festivities and the build up to Christmas!
