FREE ENTRY FOR YOUTH ALLIANCE CUP FINAL

23 April 2014

After beating Hull City in the northern section final last month, the Bantams' youth team will play at home to Colchester United in the Youth Alliance Cup national final in less than a week's time.

City won a coin toss at the beginning of the month to ensure they will host this year's final at the Coral Windows Stadium next Tuesday (29 April 2014).

The grand final will kick off at 7:00pm.

Entry into the final will be FREE.

The club's Main Stand (lower) will be open on an unreserved basis on the night.

The final is now the only game left for City's apprentices after they finished their league campaign off just under two weeks ago with an entertaining 4-4 draw against Burton Albion.

City will, of course, be aiming for a league and cup double when they entertain Colchester later this month.

The Bantams' apprentices already have a league title in their back pockets after deservedly winning the Youth Alliance (North East) Division last month with three games to spare.

Supporters will be able to see City's youth team receive their league trophy before the club's final home game of the season against Crawley Town this Saturday (26 April 2014) when it is presented to them by former Bantams defender David Wetherall - now Head of Youth Development at the Football League - and City chief Phil Parkinson.
