This Saturday (7 September 2013) the Bradford City Supporters Board will begin some exciting new initiatives in the build-up to, and during the half-time interval, of The Bantams' Sky Bet League 1 match with Brentford at the Coral Windows Stadium.
Following some great feedback from our recent fans surveys, it is clear that supporters are keen to experience more of a build up at Valley Parade and the reintroduction of a fans competition at half-time too. So, with this in mind, the Supporters Board are asking fans to nominate themselves to take part in one of the following experiences:
- Would you like to be interviewed on the pitch before the match to give us your views on the game, tell us a bit about yourself and your love of the club? Contact us and we will add your name to our list.1. Meet the fan
for the following season! Not easy, but certainly worth a go. FREE SEASON TICKET - Fancy yourself as a footballer? Then put your name down for our new half-time competition. All you have to do is score a goal from a corner kick! If you manage to squeeze the ball into the net in one kick, you will win a free suite upgrade for 2 people for your chosen league game. Go one step further (we know it's very unlikely you will succeed!) and emulate Chris Waddle's unprecedented corner kick goal against Huddersfield Town back in 1996 by hitting the top stanchion on the full and you will win a 2.'Do a Waddle'
To take part in either of these competitions, you must be over 18 years of age, and need to send your request immediately to the Supporters Board who will randomly select fans from their entries.
