There is now less than a week to go before the club's 'Class of '99' reunite for a special one-off match.
Members of the City squad that famously helped the club gain promotion into the Premier League just over 14 years ago are set to join together to play in a game of celebration to mark the opening of One in a Million's new free school by the Coral Windows Stadium.
The game itself will take place at Valley Parade this Sunday (15 September 2013) - kick off 3:00pm.
The stars of the 1998/1999 season will take on a special celebrity team, which will include well-known faces from the world of sport and entertainment.
Managed by former boss Paul Jewell, City's 'Class of '99' squad will include key players from the promotion-winning team, such as Stuart McCall, Lee Mills, Peter Beagrie and Robbie Blake.
Jamie Lawrence is also confirmed to play, as well as Gary Walsh, Wayne Jacobs, Darren Moore, John Dreyer, Gareth Whalley and Lee Sharpe.
Completing the squad on the day will be Stephen Wright, Isaiah Rankin and Gordon Watson.
The squad, who will be reuniting to play together as a team for the FIRST time since 1999, will turn out for the game wearing specially-made replicas of the white kit worn by the players when promotion was sealed at Wolves' Molineux ground.
Thanks to the kind support and generosity of Jack Tordoff, club sponsors JCT600, who were also shirt sponsors back in 1999, will be purchasing the replica kits for the players to use.
The all-white strips will have the JCT600 logo emblazoned across the chest, as they did fourteen years ago, to add that further touch of realism.
Special match programmes will also be purchased for the game.
Confirmed members for the celebrity team include cricketers Anthony McGrath, Steve Harmison and Paul Nixon, plus former Bantams Dean Saunders, Simon Grayson and David Wetherall.
The Pulse's Tim Thornton has also agree to play, along with Beautiful South's Paul Heaton and Tom Milner from Waterloo Road.
The latest edition to the celebrity team sees talented drummer Josh Devine also set to appear at the Coral Windows Stadium.
Devine has recently finished touring with major boyband, One Direction.
Admission into the match will be £3.00, which can be paid on the turnstile on match-day. Special tickets are available now, however, to buy in advance to allow supporters to meet the team afterwards.
The upgraded tickets, which cost £10.00 each, will give fans access to the club's McCall and Hendrie Suites, a free pie and pea meal, plus the chance to take part in a Q&A with the players that will be hosted by Sky Sports' Bryn Law.
Only 500 spaces are available for this particular part of the day, with advance tickets now on sale from the Bantams Ticket Office.
Situated just behind the club's KOP stand, the Bradford City One in a Million school is the first in the country to have a direct link to a professional football club.
Supporters can enjoy a free tour of the school and its amazing facilities on match-day (Sunday 15 September 2013) between 1:30pm and 2:15pm.
