McBurnie picked for Scotland training

11 November 2013

Young striker Oliver McBurnie is set to enjoy his second taster of life in the Scottish international set-up after being selected to take part in a two-day training camp this week with Scotland Under 18s.

McBurnie, who made his senior debut for City against Rotherham United in the F.A Cup at the weekend, will train with the rest of the Scotland Under 18s squad this Tuesday and Wednesday.

The 17 year-old has already featured for Scotland in a similar group get-together this season back in early October when Under 19s boss Ricky Sbragia selected him for a training camp ahead of their UEFA European Under 19s Championship qualifying campaign.

The Bantams forward qualifies to play for Scotland through his parents.
