Important Burton first leg ticket update

1 May 2013

The club is now on the eve of its Play-Off Semi-Final First Leg clash with Burton Albion at the Coral Windows Stadium.

As of Wednesday evening, over 13,000 tickets have been snapped up by City supporters for the eagerly-anticipated match.

Over 400 of those, however, are tickets that have been purchased by fans either online or over the telephone and have yet to be collected.

Supporters can collect their pre-purchased tickets between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm on Thursday (match-day) from the club's 1911 Club Main Reception.

Any supporters who still need to pick up their tickets after 5:00pm on Thursday can do so from the Bantams Ticket Office.

From 5:00pm onwards, there will be three serving windows at the Ticket Office open purely to deal with ticket collections and three further windows open to cater for match ticket sales.

In a bid to avoid any congestion around the Ticket Office in the hour or so before kick off, selected cash turnstiles will also be open around the Coral Windows Stadium.

Given the large amount of tickets still to be collected by supporters, the club strongly recommended, if possible, that fans leave plenty of time to pick up their match ticket(s) to avoid the possibility of missing the kick off.
