City reveal new strip

14 May 2013

The wait is over - City can now reveal their brand new home strip for the 2013/2014 season!

The strip features a predominately amber shirt with claret shorts and claret socks to accompany it.

Although mainly amber though, the club's new home shirt does include a claret hoop on the right sleeve and a claret stripe down the left hand side of the chest.

The home shirt also includes the name of the club's new shirt sponsor, JCT600. The Bradford-based independent motor group is back as the club's main shirt sponsor after nearly ten years in the role between 1997 and 2006.

As usual, the shirt features the now-traditional black ribbon on it as well as a mark of respect to the 56 supporters who lost their lives in the Valley Parade Fire Disaster 28 years ago.

The brand new shirt will be on sale from The Bantams Club Shop from tomorrow (Wednesday).

The club shop will be open from 9:30am until 7:00pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week in the build up to City's npower League 2 Play-Off Final with Northampton Town at Wembley Stadium this Saturday.

Prices for the kit will be as follows:

Home Shirts:

Kids £35.00

Youths (XLB) £37.00

Adults £42.50

Home Shorts:

Kids £16.75

Youths (XLB) £17.50

Adults £18.99

Home Socks:

Kids £8.50

Adults £10

Shirt Printing £12.50 – The club are advising supporters not to put players names on shirts as of yet, however, as squad numbers for next season are subject to change

The club would also like to advise supporters that npower will be ending their sponsorship of the Football League this season, meaning sleeve patches are currently not available for the 13/14 season yet.

Infant sizes won't be in the shop until the summer months.

Despite the launch of the new home strip, the club would like to remind supporters once again that Phil Parkinson's men will NOT be wearing the kit at Wembley this weekend. They will instead be wearing this season's gold and black away kit.
