Bus parade confirmed

20 May 2013

The football club is delighted to be able to confirm that there will be an open-top bus parade this Wednesday (22 May 2013) evening to celebrate City's superb 2012/2013 campaign.

Phil Parkinson's squad will depart from the Coral Windows Stadium at 6:30pm on Wednesday before making their way down Manningham Lane and eventually up to the city's Town Hall in Centenary Square*.

Once at the Town Hall, the Bantams boss and his victorious players will be introduced to supporters to enable them to carry on the celebrations following Saturday's brilliant League 2 Play-Off Final victory over Northampton Town.

As well as securing promotion to League 1, the last nine months have also seen Parkinson's men reach the club's first major cup final since 1911 after victories over the likes of Watford, Wigan Athletic, Arsenal and Aston Villa took them to the Capital One Cup Final.

Further details of the bus parade will be released in due course.

* Full route of the bus still to be confirmed
