Bradford City’s home game against Bristol Rovers tomorrow is in serious doubt because of the continuing bad weather.
The Club have been speaking to the Football League and local officials regarding prevailing condition and with the forecast for more heavy snow, the game is in jeopardy.
Ironically, the pitch is in good condition having being covered since Wednesday. However, large amounts of snow have drifted into the Co-operative Main Stand, the North Stand Kop and Northern Commercials Stand and many of the all approaches to the stadium are treacherous.
With heavy snow being forecast for the next 24 hours, an early request to postpone the game has been made to the Football League. As an added precaution, Bristol Rovers have been asked to delay their departure.
A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
