The football club is pleased to confirm to supporters that it's GAME ON for City's Good Friday clash with Southend United this afternoon.
With all of the stands, entrance-ways and access routes cleared of snow thanks to the efforts of City staff and supporters on Wednesday and Thursday, the final bits of snow from the very edges of the pitch were also removed this (Saturday) morning.
The frost covers are now off as well as City ground-staff make their final preparations for this afternoon's fixture.
The sun has been shining down on the Valley Parade playing surface for most of this morning and no rain or show showers are forecast for any part of today.
Match tickets for this afternoon's match with fellow Play-Off hopefuls Southend are still on sale NOW right up until kick off today (3:00pm).
