Ahead of one of the biggest games in the club's history, Bantams boss Phil Parkinson has promised City's thousands of travelling supporters that his side will give it all they've got to make it into a dream Wembley final.
Holding a 3-1 advantage from the first leg and with the support of over 6,500 City fans, Parkinson's men travel to Aston Villa's Villa Park for tonight's highly-anticipated second leg knowing they are potentially ninety minutes away from the Capital One Cup Final.
Despite the club's scoreline superiority though, Parkinson readily admits going into this evening's match that their Premier League hosts are still favourites to eventually come out on top in the tie.
Regardless of the outcome of tonight, however, Parkinson knows all City can do is give it their best.
Parkinson said: "We know it is only half-time in the tie.
"Villa will still be the favourites to progress. But if we give it our best shot in the second leg, regardless of whether we go throughout to the final or not, at least we can say that we have given it everything.
"If Villa are to eventually get to Wembley, we have to make sure that we really make them earn it.
"We'll go there with a real chance, but we still know it is going to be tough. They have some very good attacking players.
"The media coverage we have received during this run has been a lot more than we or any club in our division is probably used to. But I feel that lads have handled themselves really well.
"They have been really professional, kept nice and calm about it all, and we're going to need those qualities again in the second leg.
"What a night and what an occasion it will hopefully be for them all. As players and as managers, it can be very rare when you get opportunities to play for a place in a major final.
"I am sure there will be periods where we will have to defend heroically, but we have to make sure we carry an attacking threat ourselves in the game as well.
"We know that we have a chance of making a bit of history - we want to be history-makers. We'll give it a real go.
"We want our supporters to drive back up the motorway after the game, regardless of the result, having seen their team play with real passion, commitment and desire."
