Naylor, 21, stopped off at the Coral Windows Stadium ahead of City's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Area Quarter-Final at Crewe Alexandra this Tuesday to pen a loan extension which will keep him with the Bantams up to and including 9 February.
Subject to receiving the relevant clearances, Naylor will now be in contention to feature for City in the JPT tie at Alexandra Stadium.
Naylor, who has just returned to fitness after being troubled with a hamstring problem for the last two weeks, made six appearances during his original loan spell with City after first joining up with Parkinson's squad back in November.
