Official statement:
An incident concerning an alleged assault took place between 7:00pm and 8:30pm on 28 April 2012 on a train between Birmingham New Street railway station and Tamworth railway station.
On this date Bradford City FC were playing Cheltenham Town away (3-1 to Bradford City FC). We are hoping to get in contact with Bradford City FC fans who may have been on this train and witnessed the incident.
We are currently defending two of the parties involved in the incident and do not wish to implicate anyone else in any wrongdoing.
