The football club like to ask all supporters over the next week or so to go online and make sure their details are up to date ahead of tickets going on sale for City's Capital One Cup Final with Swansea City.
It's really important that supporters do this to ensure buying tickets for City's trip to Wembley is made easier.
The process for purchasing Capital One Cup Final tickets is still in discussion, but the club will shortly be in a position to communicate this to supporters.
Please log into the ticketing system using your membership number and postcode.
Your membership number can be found on your Season Ticket card and your postcode should be entered in full not using any spaces - some people may have already done this and subsequently changed their password.
If you have done this please ensure the details that we hold on you are up to date.
