For all supporters who have already purchased tickets for the forthcoming second leg of City's Capital One Cup Semi-Final with Aston Villa over the phone or online, the club would like to advise of a slight alteration in the previously-advertised process on how to collect them.
The football club had informed supporters that any pre-paid tickets for the Villa Park tie would be available for collection from the Bantams Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium from this Thursday (10 January 2013).
With City expecting the remaining away leg tickets to be snapped up by the end of tomorrow (Thursday) though, the club would like to kindly ask any affected supporters to please POSTPONE collecting their tickets until this Friday.
This will hopefully prevent any supporters collecting their pre-paid away tickets being caught up in the large queues that are expected to form when the remaining away tickets go on sale this Thursday from 9:00am.
Rest assured, all pre-paid tickets have been reserved and will be ready for collection - the club is suggesting this move to simply try and ease congestion around the Ticket Office.
Any supporters will wishing to pick up their pre-paid Villa away ticket(s) this Thursday can still do so, however.
