City loanee Blair Turgott won his sixth cap for England's Under 19s last (Tuesday) night as The Three Lions defeated their counterparts from Denmark 3-1 at Doncaster Rovers' Keepmoat Stadium.
Turgott started the match and played for just under an hour before being replaced by Norwich City's Josh Murphy.
Fresh from the winger's latest involvement with the England set-up, Turgott's City team-mate Carl McHugh will now be hoping to pick up his maiden international cap at Under 21 level for Republic of Ireland when they take on Holland this Wednesday evening.
After playing for Ireland at Under 17 and Under 19 level in the past, McHugh was rewarded for his commendable recent form last month with a call up to Noel King's Under 21 side for their international friendly fixture with the Dutch.
The game kicks off at 1:00pm this Wednesday evening at Dublin's Tallaght Stadium.
