Getting ready for Wembley!

5 February 2013

Phil Parkinson and his players have been taking part in some of the pre-Wembley traditions this Tuesday as time ticks down towards the club's mouth-watering date with Swansea City in the Capital One Cup Final.

As part of a busy day for Parkinson and his playing staff, the Bantams boss and five of his squad - Rory McArdle, Gary Jones, James Hanson, Matt Duke and Nahki Wells - took part in a photo-shoot at the club's training ground for the official Capital One Cup Final pictures.

These pictures will be seen around the outside of Wembley and in the tunnel area of the stadium during the weekend of the final, as well as being used inside the official match-day programme.

Later that afternoon, Parkinson and his five players then joined the rest of the squad in getting measured up for their official club suits for the Wembley final.

The majority of City's players were on hand at the Coral Windows Stadium to ensure that the suits, which will be worn by all of Parkinson's squad and the club's other staff members on the day of the final, fit just right for the big day.

The only two players missing from the group were Carl McHugh and Blair Turgott, who are currently away with Ireland Under 21s and England Under 19s respectively.

Bantams Player subscribers can now watch EXCLUSIVE behind-the-scenes footage of the photo-shoot and suit fitting.
