The Bantams Ticket Office can confirm that they have a large number of Season Ticket cards still to be collected ahead of City's first home game of the season against Carlisle United this Saturday (10 August 2013).
Fans who purchased their Season Ticket(s) anytime up until 16th July 2013 can now collect their Season Ticket card(s) from the Bantams Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium.
Any Season Ticket cards bought after 16 July will be available to pick up from 9:00am this Tuesday (6 August 2013).
Supporters wishing to collect their card(s) must ensure they please bring either their Season Ticket receipt(s) or valid photographic I.D to the Ticket Office.
The Ticket Office at Valley Parade will be open from 9:00am until 5:00pm every weekday this week, except on Wednesday (7 August 2013) when it will be open from 9:00am until 8:00pm.
In keeping with the protocol from previous seasons, the Ticket Office will only be handing out Season Ticket cards up until 12noon on Saturday ahead of the Carlisle fixture.
The club would strongly advise all supporters to please, if possible, pick up their cards before this date to avoid any potential problems before the kick off of the Carlisle match.
Any Bradford fans who are unable to make a visit to the club's Ticket Office can post in a stamped address envelope with their Season Ticket receipt(s) and a covering letter to the address below:

The Bantams Ticket Office will then use the stamped address envelope and the information provided in the covering letter and on the receipts to post out supporters' Season Ticket cards.
