The Bantams' away fixture at Coventry City on Saturday 15 February 2014 has now been moved forward to a 2:00pm kick off.
This slight change sees the game begin an hour earlier than initially planned, with the Sky Bet League 1 fixture originally scheduled to kick off at the more traditional time of 3:00pm.
Having moved grounds over the summer months, the Sky Blues now play their home matches at Northampton Town's Sixfields Stadium.
The kick-off time for City's match with Coventry has been brought forward to 2:00pm at the request of Northamptonshire Sports Ground Safety Advisory Group (SAG).
This is in the interest of potential safety issues at Sixfields and Franklins Gardens (the home of Northampton Saints) due to there being a direct clash of fixtures between Coventry and Northampton Rugby Football Club on 15 February.
After contacting Coventy with their concerns, SAG have confirmed that they wish to achieve around a 45 minute difference between the end times of both matches.
The Rugby Football Club takes precedence over football due to their larger expected crowd attendance.
The idea of moving the kick off for the game to the Saturday evening was discussed but it was felt that a 2:00pm start time would be fairer for all supporters.
