The football club can confirm that there is still a significant number of Season Ticket cards and FlexiCards for this season left to be collected at the Bantams Ticket Office.
The Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium will be open every weekday (Monday - Friday) between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to allow fans to collect their cards.
In keeping with the protocol from previous home games, Season Ticket cards and FlexiCards will only be handed out up until 12noon on the day of City's next home match with Sheffield United this Saturday (24 August 2013) in a bid to avoid congestion around the Ticket Office in the build-up to kick-off.
This decision will hopefully also make it easier for any supporters wishing to buy match-day tickets from the Ticket Office to do so and still get into the stadium to see the beginning of the Sheffield United match.
Any supporters unable to make it down to Valley Parade in the next week or so can ask to have their Season Ticket/FlexiCard(s) posted out to them. Please note, however, any cards posted out now will not reach supporters until AFTER this Saturday's Sheffield United fixture.
Supporters still wishing to use the postage option must send the club a stamped-address envelope, plus their Season Ticket/FlexiCards receipt(s) and a covering letter, to the address below:

The club would strongly advise all supporters to please, if possible, pick up their cards before the Sheffield United home match this Saturday (24 August 2013) to avoid any potential problems in the hours leading up to the kick off of the match.
Queues are likely on the morning of the Sheffield United game, so the earlier supporters can get down to the Ticket Office during this week, the easier it will be for all concerned leading up to the Yorkshire derby at the Coral Windows Stadium.
Supporters wishing to collect their card(s) must ensure they please bring either their Season Ticket'FlexiCard receipt(s) or valid photographic I.D to the Ticket Office.
Any supporters who have recently purchased their Season Tickets/FlexiCards, or simply swapped their seats to a different area of the Coral Windows Stadium in the last week or so, their cards should now also be ready for collection.
