The club would like to today (Friday) announce further details of how tickets will be made available for the home leg of City's Play-Off Semi-Final, scheduled to be played at the Coral Windows Stadium on Thursday 2 May 2013 - kick-off 7.45pm.
In making these decisions, the club has drawn upon its experience in selling tickets for their Capital One Cup ties during the season while recognising that the time to sell the tickets is very short and that access to the Bantams Ticket Office is limited because of the building work at the nearby school.
Supporters are asked to make full use of the online ticketing service which will be an easier way to obtain tickets and prevent supporters having to queue for tickets.
The tickets will be sold as follows:
Offer 1.from 10:00am until 10:00pm this Sunday (28 April 2013)online only usual reserved seat plus one other seat for a limited period only. This offer to obtain the ticket holder’s regular seat plus one other seat will be available - Each 2012/13 Season Ticket and FlexiCard holder will be able to buy their
Offer 2 - Each 2012/13 Season Ticket and FlexiCard holder who has not taken up the offer to purchase their usual reserved seat by 10:00pm on Sunday night will have a further two days to buy up to two tickets for the game. This offer to obtain two tickets will be available to Season Ticket and FlexiCard holders online from 9:00am on Monday 29 April until 4:00pm on Tuesday 30 April 2013.
Offer 3 - The remaining tickets, subject to availability, will go on general sale online from 9:00am on Wednesday 1 May until 5:00pm on Thursday 2 May (match night)
It is recommended that supporters use the online facility and the telephone booking service to avoid having to queue at the stadium to obtain tickets.
In addition, there will be a telephone service on 0871 978 8000 where supporters can purchase tickets using credit or debit cards. Please note that all calls to this number cost 10p per minute plus network extras. The telephone service will be available only during the Ticket Office help-zone opening hours (please see opening hours below).
The main Bantams Ticket at the Coral Windows Stadium, once again, operate as a help-zone for people having difficulties obtaining tickets via the olline service or the telephone lines.
Any supporters needing to go to the Ticket Office help-zone should approach via the Directors car park and enter the West Stand concourse (Co-operative Main Stand) via Gate WH, which is situated between the banqueting entrance and the steps leading to the 1911 Club.
Any supporter with mobility issues and supporters using a wheelchair that need to visit the Ticket Office help-zone should go directly to the 1911 Club reception.
The Ticket Office help-zone will be open for enquiries from Season Ticket holders and FlexiCard holders on Sunday 28 April (11:00am until 4:00pm); Monday, 29 April (9:00am until 5:00pm) and Tuesday, 30 April (9:00am until 4:00pm).
It will also be open to general enquiries on Wednesday 1 May (9:00am until 5:00pm) and Thursday 2 May (9:00am until 5:00pm).
Ticket collection- any supporter making a purchase via the online ticketing service or via the telephone lines before 4:00pm on Tuesday 30 April 2013 will receive their tickets through the postal service. Any supporters purchasing tickets after that time will need to make their own arrangements for the collection of tickets.
Suite upgrades- ticket holders who wish to upgrade to the Banqueting Suites or the Bantams Bar will be required to pay an additional £10.00 for adults or £5.00 for concessions. The upgrade facility will be available on the online ticketing service.
Away leg- details of the availability of tickets for the away leg will be made in due course.
