As announced earlier on the official website, tickets for City's Capital One Cup Quarter-Final tie with Arsenal will go on sale to Season Ticket/FlexiCard holders this Monday (12 November 2012) from 9:00am.
As well as being on sale from the Bantams Ticket Office, Arsenal tickets will also be available online via the Bantams Ticketing Website.
Season Ticket Holders can follow the following instructions to purchase their Arsenal tickets online from Monday.
1. Log on to www.bcfc.talent-sport.co.uk
2. Go to the large box in the top centre of the screen marked ‘My Account’
3. Input their customer number (this is on their season ticket/flexi card) – ignore the zeros, just input the five final numbers
4. In the Password box. If this is the first time the customer has used this facility, the password will be their postcode without spaces. If the customer has previously purchased tickets online, they will already have a password, this could still be their postcode.
’5. Once they receive the message saying ‘you are now logged on
6. Select the tab headed Home Games
7. Select the Arsenal game, click on Select Seats Now,
8. This will take you to the stadium view where they will be able to select seats.
9. Select the stand and block the customer wishes to purchase tickets from, on the stadium view, the pitch is at the bottom of the screen. Any seats with white dots are available for purchase.
10. Once the selection has been made, customers simply click on the appropriate seat and click on the Buy tickets tab, these seats will be placed into the shopping basket.
11. Click on checkout and enter their credit/debit card details
