Bantams boss Phil Parkinson has made five changes to his side for City's visit to Port Vale for their Johnstone's Paint Trophy Area Quarter-Final.
Available once again after being ineligible for Friday's F.A Cup tie at home to Brentford, loan duo Craig Forsyth and Tom Naylor are named in Parkinson's line up.
Forsyth will be selected in his usual left wing slot, while Tom Naylor will parter fellow loanee Curtis Good in central defence.
Jon McLaughlin will play behind the defensive duo after being selected ahead of Matt Duke for the tie.
City's final two alterations see Ritchie Jones slot into central midfield alongside Ricky Ravenhill and Carl McHugh picked at left back.
Given the changes, first-team quartet Nathan Doyle, James Hanson, Nahki Wells and Gary Jones all find themselves on the substitutes bench, which contains only five names on it due to competition rules.
The trio James Meredith, Rory McArdle and Will Atkinson have been rested altogether and have not travelled with the squad for the tie.
