An exciting prospect, Hanson arrived on transfer deadline day this January on a two and-a-half year deal from Huddersfield Town. The pacey full back had spent the previous six years on the books with the Terriers. A regular for the club’s U23s side, Hanson netted on his professional debut with the Bantams during City’s 4-2 win at Chesterfield in the Checkatrade Trophy at the end of August.
