Q. How do I renew a 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket?
A. To purchase a 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket, you should visit the club’s online ticketing website (https://www.bcfc.talent-sport.co.uk/PagesPublic/UserControlled/UserDefined.aspx?page=Season-Tickets) and follow the instructions as normal. PLEASE NOTE: Ensure your personal details - including e-mail address and home address - are up to date, to make sure of your receipt of an iFollow pass, offering live coverage of each of the Bantams’ 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two home fixtures in addition to receipt of your season ticket card in the post.
Q. Am I able to renew my 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket at the Utilita Energy Stadium’s ticket office?
A. Yes, though this is not advised and should only be an option if you are unable to purchase online. Social-distancing measures will be in place at the ticket office and there may be long waiting times.

Q. How can I make sure all my contact details are up to date?
Q. I have already renewed my 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket. Will this be honoured?
A. Your season ticket will be honoured in line with these guidelines and you will also receive an iFollow pass, which allows you to watch each of the Bantams’ 2020/21 home Sky Bet League Two fixtures live.
Q. Am I able to purchase a new season-ticket if I had not already held one, making me a first-time supporter?
A. Based on the prospective sales figures that the club’s season-ticket and COVID-19 guidelines have been based on, only supporters who are renewing season-tickets will be able to purchase. First-time supporters are unable to do so.
Q. I am a first-time supporter but already purchased my ‘City For All’ 2020/21 season ticket prior to season tickets being taken off sale. What does this mean for me?
A. The club will continue to monitor this situation and will advise such supporters on the outcome of this as soon as possible.
Q. I am able to attend a proportion of City’s home games. What does this mean?
A. ‘City For All’ season ticket home league fixtures will be divided into two categories - ‘Claret’ and ‘Amber’. This allows both ‘Claret’ and ‘Amber’ season-ticket holders to attend different Bradford City Sky Bet League Two 2020/21 home fixtures - when the Government eases COVID-19 restrictions to the point where supporters are able to be safely admitted into sporting venues. Each home fixture can also be viewed live on iFollow via your complimentary pass.
Q. What do these categories mean for me?
A. After season tickets go off sale, they will be divided into ‘Claret’ and ‘Amber’ categories. Each match, in turn, will either allow all ‘Claret’ or all ‘Amber’ ‘City For All’ season-ticket holders to attend, once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted to the point where supporters are able to be safely admitted into sporting venues.
Q. Am I able to choose whether I receive a ‘Claret’ or ‘Amber’ season ticket?
A. Following the sales period, each supporter, or group of supporters who have purchased season-tickets together to ensure they are sat within their same ‘social bubble’ will be randomly sorted into the two groups by club officials, and will be given a corresponding season-ticket card. Supporters will not be able to choose which group they are dealt into.
Q. This seems unfair, as some supporters may be able to attend more games than others.
A. Following the sales period, we will endeavour to create the most fair and even split of ‘Claret’ and ‘Amber’ matches, taking into account the following, amongst others: Time of the game (midweek, weekend), kick-off time, opposition, and amount of fixtures (as far as possible).
Q. Am I able to watch every home game at the Utilita Energy Stadium?
A. You will be able to watch every ‘Claret’ or ’Amber’ assigned home game live at the Utilita Energy Stadium - once the Government eases COVID-19 restrictions to the point where supporters are able to be safely admitted into sporting venues. This will remain the case until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted in full. You are, however, able to view each of City’s 23 home 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two fixtures live on iFollow as part of your 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket.
Q. How do I watch these games - from the comfort of my own home - via iFollow?
A. When you purchase your 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket and provide us with the relevant and up-to-date contact details, you will be sent an access code (via e-mail) which enables you to watch each of City’s 23 home 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two matches live via iFollow - on any compatible device - in the United Kingdom. PLEASE NOTE: Under-11 ‘City For All’ season-ticket holders will not receive an iFollow access code, as per the usage terms of their season ticket which states they are only allowed admission to the Utilita Energy Stadium with their season ticket alongside a paying adult.
Q. Does the complimentary iFollow pass include away games?
A. To watch 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two away fixtures live on iFollow, individual match passes must be purchased separately, for £10.00. Each of the Bantams’ 2020/21 away fixtures will be covered in full by iFollow but not by the complimentary iFollow pass which supporters receive as part of their 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket.
Q. Can I purchase a match ticket for league fixtures while COVID-19 restrictions remain ongoing?
A. Yes. Subject to availability, and once supporters are admitted back into the Utilita Energy Stadium, a limited number of match tickets will be made available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q. How can I purchase these?
A. In the usual way: online, over the phone and at the Utilita Energy Stadium’s ticket office. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no sales of match tickets on matchdays. All match tickets must be purchased before 5.00pm the day before the fixture in question.
Q. Can I choose where I sit if I buy a match ticket?
A. We will allocate your seat, subject to availability, at the time of purchase.
Q. Can I choose which seat in the ground my season ticket is in?
A. Unfortunately, due to social-distancing measures, you may be unable to occupy your usual seat or stand for season-ticket holders wishing to renew, though your original seat will be allocated again if and when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted in full. When purchasing your season ticket, please renew in your usual seat to save time and you will then be randomly allocated a seat from there.
Q. When will I find out which seat I have been assigned?
A. Upon receiving your 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket card in the post, prior to the month of October. Unfortunately, you will not receive your season-ticket card at the point of sale. All cards must be individually printed with data loaded onto them, meaning they will be posted out at a later date (tracked delivery).
Q. If I have a season ticket, am I able to purchase a match ticket I am not eligible to attend? For example, can a ‘Claret’ season-ticket holder buy a match ticket for an ‘Amber’ game?
A. Yes. Any supporter, whether season-ticket holder or not, has the right to purchase a match ticket, subject to availability.
Q. Can I move from a ‘Claret’ season ticket to an ‘Amber’ or vice versa?
A. No. You will not be able to switch season-ticket categories until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Q. Can I sit with or close to the people I usually do on matchdays, like friends?
A. You are only allowed to sit with people who are part of your ‘social bubble’ - based on the latest government advice. A ‘social bubble’ is currently defined by the government as being ‘a group of up to six people from no more than two households’. Supporters must, at all times, ensue they are sat in the exact seat which is clearly stated on their individual season-ticket card.
Q. How do I make sure I am sat with people within my ‘social bubble’ and not separated?
A. Use the ‘friends and family’ tool on our official ticketing website. One person must purchase all of the season tickets for those who wish to sit in the same bubble. You must only purchase tickets in the same transaction as people in your ‘social bubble’, and, should you wish to sit together, they MUST all be bought on the same transaction.
Q. I am renewing more than one season ticket and want to add another to my order. Can I do this?
A. Yes. Use the online ‘friends and family’ option on the ticketing website to renew tickets and add other seats to the order (choosing seats in the same area). Providing everyone in your group meets Government’s ‘social bubble’ requirements, your seats will be allocated together.
Q. If half of my ‘social bubble’ has purchased their season tickets and half are still to purchase, how can we ensure we are sat together?
A. Please contact the official text or phone service to arrange this, as soon as possible.
Q. Will these measures affect my ability to sit in the seat I did prior to restrictions coming into play?
A. The 2020/21 season will be treated in complete isolation with regards to seating. The seat renewal window will operate as normal if and when restrictions are fully lifted. Each supporter will then have the opportunity to renew their season ticket in the seat in which they sat during the 2019/20 campaign by default and will have the opportunity to change seats, should the seat they wish to move to be available. If this does not occur until the 2021/22 season, supporters’ renewal rights will be based on the 2019/20 campaign.
Q. If I buy a 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket, does it allow me to watch cup games?
A. No. All cup fixtures will be treated in isolation, with match tickets being sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q. I have already purchased a suite upgrade for the 2020/21 season. Will this be honoured?
A. We will endeavour to honour all existing and still-to-renew suite upgrades ahead of the 2020/21 season. A level of hospitality can still be hosted at the Utilita Energy Stadium, if you have already renewed your season ticket with a suite upgrade. If you are yet to renew your season ticket, though will be doing so with a suite upgrade you enjoyed throughout the 2019/20 season, this option is also still available. However, if you did not enjoy a suite upgrade throughout the 2019/20 season, you will not be able to purchase one ahead of 2020/21. Should suite upgrades prove possible in-line with these measures described, we hope suite holders will be able to attend every other match, as per the ‘Claret’ and ‘Amber’ season-ticket classifications. Suites will be in operation only once supporters are able to be admitted back into the Utilita Energy Stadium, and will adhere to all social-distancing measures.
Q. Do I have to be socially distant in banqueting suites?
A. Yes. The capacity of all suites likely to be limited to a combined figure of 500 per matchday, meaning there will be various social-distancing measures in place within the banqueting suites which must be adhered to at all times.
Q. Am I guaranteed my place in a suite if I wish to renew this package?
A. Given the potential capacity figure stated above, suite upgrades are being sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with supporters advised that the club is unable to guarantee suite upgrades, even to those who wish to take up the option to renew. The club wishes to strongly advise that, should this capacity become approached by renewing season-ticket holders, the option to upgrade may be removed - and suite upgrades taken off sale. Therefore, we advise all supporters wishing to renew a suite upgrade to do so as soon as possible, in order to avoid disappointment.
Q. Am I still guaranteed my seat for the 2021/22 season should I not want to renew my suite upgrade ahead of the 2020/21 season?
A. Yes. If you, having had a suite upgrade during the 2019/20 season, choose not - or prove unable - to renew a suite upgrade ahead of the 2020/21 campaign, you will be given the option to renew your original seat in the Utilita Energy Stadium - ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
Q. I wish to renew my season-ticket but do not wish to renew with a suite upgrade which I enjoyed during the 2019/20 season. How can I do this?

Q. Can I renew my FLEXICARD?
A. No, FLEXICARDS are no longer on sale. As a result of current restrictions, they are unable to be provided ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Q. What if I have already purchased a FLEXICARD?
A. You will either be be given the opportunity to upgrade to a 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket or refunded in full.
Q. How do I exercise this option?

Q. I am a 25-year season-ticket holder. What do these measures mean for me?
A. Supporters who qualify for a 25-year season ticket will still only be charged £125 to renew or purchase their season ticket though, unfortunately, we are unable to offer these supporters a free FLEXICARD, this season. From the benefits ’25 Yearers’ enjoyed during the 2019/20 season (free FLEXICARD or suite upgrade), only the suite-upgrade renewal will be made possible. Should your 25-year season ticket have included a suite upgrade during the 2019/20 season, you will be able to renew this at the same time as all other supporters wishing to renew suite upgrades ahead of the 2020/21 season. If you held a free FLEXICARD as part of your 25-year season ticket last season, you will not be entitled to exchange this for a suite upgrade ahead of the 2020/21 campaign. No free FLEXICARDS will be made available as part of this package.
Q. I am a wheelchair user, so how should I renew my season ticket?
A. Wheelchair users will be able to renew their season ticket online, as normal, or in person by visiting the Utilita Energy Stadium’s main reception.
Q. I am a carer for a disabled supporter, so am I entitled to an iFollow pass?
A. No. As per regulations, only supporters who have purchased a 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket are entitled to claim an iFollow pass allowing you to watch all City’s 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two home fixtures live.
Q. What is the capacity of the Utilita Energy Stadium - under current restrictions?
A. Around 7,000. This is an approximate capacity and could fluctuate depending on the number of different ‘social bubbles’ housed in the Utilita Energy Stadium on a matchday.
Q. Are away supporters allowed to attend fixtures?
A. No. Away supporters are unable to attend any matches until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Seats in the TL Dallas Stand and in blocks F and G of The Mamma Mia will be allocated to home supporters - in line with the various measures stated.
Q. What time can I arrive at the Utilita Energy Stadium on a matchday?
A. Dependant on the number of season tickets sold and number of tickets sold on a match-by-match basis, we may need to stagger arrival times for different supporters, based on the stand they are sitting in. This will be communicated at a later date, nearer to the date of the fixture, once supporters are allowed back into the stadium and season tickets are no longer on sale. It is likely this could fluctuate on a game-by-game basis.
Q. Can I collect my season ticket from the ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium?
A. To avoid large queues at the Utilita Energy Stadium’s ticket office and keep supporters as safe as possible, season-ticket cards will not be available for collection until 2021 at the earliest. All season tickets will be delivered via Royal Mail tracked delivery, with a postage charge of £4.00 per transaction, on top of processing fees of a further £1.00 per transaction and £1.00 per individual season ticket purchased. All season-ticket cards will be delivered to the lead purchaser. For example, If you purchase four adult season tickets in one transaction (at £150 each), for yourself and three further adults within your ‘social bubble’, all the tickets will be delivered to you, as the lead purchaser, in one package. The total cost will be £609.00. This includes £600 for the season-ticket cards themselves, £4.00 for delivery and £5 (£1 per card and a further £1 for the transaction) for processing fees.
Q. Is it safe for me to attend matches at the Utilita Energy Stadium?
A. We will only open the stadium to supporters once the Government have confirmed it is safe to do so - and we have developed the operations plan in conjunction with local authorities. Please consider any individual health risks and read the Supporters’ Code of Conduct when deciding if it safe for you to attend.
Q. How will I know if it is safe for me to attend games?
A. Members of the public must themselves take responsibility to decide whether or not to attend, based on their health, susceptibility to infection and the potential risks. For the latest Government advice, please visit: www.gov.uk/coronavirus.
Q. Do I need to wear a face mask?
A. Yes. Face masks must be worn when making your way through the Utilita Energy Stadium turnstiles and concourse, unless you have a legitimate reason not to. Once you are settled in your seat, you are allowed to take your mask off, to enjoy the action, should you feel safe enough in doing so. However, when supporters ‘brush’ past you to reach their seat, it would be courteous and respectful of supporters to either re-apply or leave their mask on - at least until the match has kicked off. When supporters are ‘brushing’ past you to reach their seat, or vice versa, please act with correct etiquette by turning away from them, avoiding face-to-face contact and only removing your mask once again when you are at a safe distance from everyone else. For health, age and equality reasons, ‘legitimate reasons’ to not wear a mask include - but are not limited to - if you are a young child under the age of 11 (Public Health England does not recommended face coverings for children under the age of three for health and safety reasons), you have a a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability, if it will cause you severe distress to either put on, remove or wear, if you are travelling with or providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading to communicate, to avoid harm or injury, or the risk of harm or injury, to yourself or others, to eat or drink if reasonably necessary, in order to take medication, or if a police officer or other official requests you remove your face covering. PLEASE NOTE: Staff or relevant employees may also ask you to remove your mask for identification purposes. Sunflower lanyards for the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme denotes the wearer carries a hidden disability and is therefore not required to wear a mask, though it is a personal preference for these individuals to wear masks or indeed sunflower lanyards.
Q. Do I need to socially distance?
A. Yes. At all times in the Utilita Energy Stadium, you must stick to the relevant social-distancing guidelines.
Q. Can I purchase food and drink in the concourse at the Utilita Energy Stadium?
A. Unfortunately, food and drink will not be available to purchase inside the Utilita Energy Stadium, though we are working with the local authorities and catering companies to ensure food and drink can be purchased outside the Utilita Energy Stadium on matchdays.
Q. Will toilets be open?
A. Yes. All concourse toilets will remain open while adhering to social-distancing requirements.
Q. What measures are in place to ensure my safety in the Utilita Energy Stadium?
A. You may have your temperature checked, and all supporters must all be prepared to have their temperature tested at any point upon entry to the Utilita Energy Stadium. Also, there will be socially-distanced queue-management systems at turnstiles and the The City Shop, proposed allocated and staggered suggested arrival times which will be further communicated - should they come into play - in due course, hand sanitiser provided on entrance to the stadium and toilets, hand towels provided in all toilets (hand driers are not recommended as they can disperse air and spread viruses), matchday cleaning crew who will sanitise touch points and ensure toilet facilities and paper towels are kept replenished, implementation of a new Supporters’ Code of Conduct, face masks to be worn at all times when not seated (unless an individual has a legitimate reason not to, see above), extra stewarding to ensure the safe circulation of supporters in and around the stadium, closed kiosks and concessions to avoid large queues and bottlenecks within concourse areas (by doing this we have been able to increase the authorised stadium capacity), one-way systems as you exit the stadium (full details on this will be published in due-course) and a seat-sanitisation programme to take place after every game.
