SEASON TICKETS 2010/2011
Bradford City Season Tickets for 2010/2011 are remain on sale to supporters during the close season.
From 9:00am on Monday (10 May 2010) morning, City supporters will be able to purchase an adult 2010/2011 Season Ticket from the Bantams Ticket Office for only £250.00.
That works out at less than £11.00 per league home match!
The football club also remain committed to offering juvenile supporters the chance to watch professional football at superb value.
Junior Season Tickets can be purchased now from the Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium, priced at just £125.00, while supporters aged under 11 can enjoy a whole season's worth of football for only £5.00 (under 11's must be accompanied by an adult).
25 Year Season Tickets holders will be able to renew their tickets for only £110.00 and once again that includes a free upgrade a supporters suite of their choice.
On the subject of supporters suite, fans can enjoy that little extra comfort available in either the McCall, Hendrie, Patrons Suite or Bantams Bar by upgrading for only £110.00 extra for adults and £55.00 for juniors.

The easy payment scheme runs out on 9 May 2010, all Season Tickets must be paid for in full after this time.
Easy payment plan supporters can include payment into a suite in their monthy installments. Access into a suite for an adult would be £110.00 extra, while for a junior it would £55.00 extra.
Monthy installments for the easy payment plan will start on 1st June 2010 and finish on 1st March 2011.
Using the purchase of an adult Season Ticket as an example, the payment schedule would therefore look like this:
£10.00 paid as a deposit upon purchase of Season Ticket, then:
1st June 2010: £20.00
1st July 2010: £20.00
1st August 2010: £20.00
1st September 2010: £20.00
1st October 2010: £20.00
1st November 2010: £20.00

The monthy installments will be taken out of the supporters chosen bank account.
All Season Ticket applicants (new or existing) must fill out an application form. For supporters wishing to purchase their Season Ticket through the easy payment plan, bank details (sort code, account number, address of bank) are required.
If paying by cheque, please can they be made payable to "Bradford City Football Club Ltd" and not be post-dated.

SEAT RENEWAL
The Bantams Ticket Office can confirm that supporters who have yet to renew their Season Tickets for next season have only until Tuesday 29th June to claim their existing seat(s).
Should supporters not renew their tickets by this date then their allocated seat(s) from last season will be released for general sale.
Any supporters who have already purchased their ticket(s) for the 2010/2011 season needn't worry as their seat(s) will NOT be released after 29th June deadline.
The Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium would like to point out that any supporters wishing to move their tickets from their existing seat to a different area will be charged a £5.00 administration fee per ticket.
SEASONAL PASS COLLECTIONS
ALL Supporters who have purchased 2010/2011 Season Tickets can now collect their seasonal passes.
The Bantams Ticket Office have now received a new stock of the supporter admission cards for next season and are in a position to make them available for collection.
Previously the Ticket Office only had seasonal passes for supporters who had purchased tickets during the month of December, but they are now able to supply all fans with their admission cards.
The season ticket cards will be available to pick up from the Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium.
Supporters are reminded that they MUST bring along their receipt(s) for every season ticket they wish to collect as they act as a proof of purchase.
AGE DEFINITIONS
Under 11s Children who are aged 10 years or under as at 1 August 2010
Juniors Children who are aged 11 to 15 years as at 1 August 2010
Adults Supporters aged 16 years and over as at 1 August 2010, including young adults, students and senior citizens.
Under 11 s must be accompanied by an adult Season Ticket holder at all times.
Proof of age (passport or birth certificate) is required for all NEW Junior and Under 11s applications.

Bradford City Football Club welcomes families. With our policies on racist and foul language, accompanied by our non smoking venue, we are happy to welcome families to all parts of the stadium.
SUPPORTERS' SUITES - enjoy a little extra comfort
Throughout the 2010/11 season, Supporters' Suites will again be available for you to enjoy a little extra comfort before and after matches as well as at half-time.
Supporters who sit in the Co-operative Main Stand have the choice of the McCall, Hendrie and Patrons' Suites whilst those who prefer to watch their football from the Carlsberg Stand can use the Bantams' Bar. All three areas will admit children next season. Supporters' Suites will be open from two hours before kick-off and, as well as providing access to a private bar, supporters using the suites can enjoy hot and cold snacks and drinks.
The upgrade fee to each suite is £110.00 per adult and £55.00 per child aged 15 years and under.
Please note this season the Club reserves the right to direct you to a specific Suite on a match by match basis. The Club also reserves the right to close the suites for Cup games.
MORE WAYS TO PAY
Cash: Available for all supporters who apply in person at the Ticket Office. Please do not send cash through the post.
Cheque: Available for supporters who apply either by person or by post.
Credit/Debit Card: You may use your Credit/Debit card, Mastercard or VisaCard to pay in person or by post, A surcharge of £5.00 per Season Ticket transaction applies to all credit and debit card applications.
Please note, unfortunately the club cannot accept American Express cards.
25 YEAR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
We are pleased to offer once more a special package to supporters with 25 YearSeason Tickets.
25 Year Season Ticket Holders can enjoy twenty-three league matches AND their choice of Supporters' Suite for just £110 Adults or £55 children aged 15 and under (Bantams Bar, McCall, Hendrie or Patron's Suites). Simply call at the Ticket Office with the appropriate voucher and proof of identification to claim your place.
NOT SURE WHERE TO SIT?
Every year many supporters apply for Season Tickets for the first time, or wish to move to a different seat. If this applies to you, please speak to our ticket office assistants who will be pleased to advise you of available seats. Where possible, during standard business hours, we will allow access to the stadium to help you with your seat selection.
NO SMOKING STADIUM
In accordance with anti smoking legislation and Football League policy, the Coral Windows Stadium is a no smoking venue.
SEAT AND SUITE REDIRECTION
The club reserves the right to redirect supporters to an alternative seat or suite on a match by match basis. This applies to League and Cup matches subject to thebusiness needs of the club.
Please note, Midland Road Stand Season Ticket Holders are advised that they may be required to move to an alternative stand on occasions when the number of visiting supporters is expected to exceed 1300.
UPGRADES POLICY
Upgrades to supporters suites for single day and seat exchanges will carry a fixed administration fee of £10.00 per transfer and will not be carried out on matchdays
SEASON TICKET 10/11 GUIDELINES
- The Season Ticket cards are NON TRANSFERABLE and must not be used by anyone else but the card holder.
- For Season Ticket holders wishing to move from one stand to another on a match by match basis, there will be a charge of £5.00 per transaction. As per previous seasons, the temporary seat transfer must take place no later than close of business the day prior to the match.
- When concluding a temporary seat transfer, the Season Ticket holder MUST surrender their card to a staff member at the Ticket Office. The card shall remain at the Ticket Office until the completion of the fixture concerned, when it may be reclaimed by the card holder.
- If a Season Ticket holder forgets to bring their card for a fixture, they must purchase a replacement ticket from the Ticket Office at the normal match day rate. The purchased ticket will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Any Season Ticket holder who is unable to locate their card and therefore unable to use it to gain entry into the stadium, can be issued with a replacement card. The Season Ticket card will only be replaced at the cost of the initial purchase. Any Season Ticket holder who can prove their card has been taken illegally, through the product of a Police crime investigation number, shall have their card replaced for a nominal fee.
- Supporters MUST retain their card or match ticket for inspection by club stewards.
- Supporters MUST occupy the seat specified on their card or match ticket.
