Lloyd Saxton became the Bantams latest signing at the end of May 2010 when the young goalkeeper put pen to paper on a one year contract.
Saxton, 20, joined the Bantams after being released by Plymouth Argyle at the end of the season following their relegation into League 1.
Despite being born over 200 miles away in Stoke, the young goalkeeper came through the ranks at Home Park, working his way through their centre of excellence programme and into the youth set up.
While in the Plymouth's Under 18's, he showed signs of his potential during the Pligrims run to the fifth round of the F.A Youth Cup with several impressive displays.
Such form earned Saxton his first professional contract with Plymouth in the summer of 2008.
Saxton was rewarded for his potential the following summer as he penned another year extension at Home Park. Despite failing to make a league appearance to date, he has appeared on the bench on several occasions for Argyle, most notably during their F.A Cup 3rd round tie at Arsenal back in January 2009.
